POLICIES

SHIPPING: All orders are shipped via USPS. Our processing time is 1-7 business days. This is processing, not shipping.  Once processing has been completed, then your order will be shipped. Shipping usually takes 1-4 business days depending on the choice of shipping you chose at checkout. Once items have been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via the email that was provided during checkout.  Orders are shipped Monday-Friday daily. Orders aren’t shipped on weekends or major holidays.  

MAJOR HOLIDAYS +SALES: Processing times can take varies and range from 3-4 business days before shipping orders. The shipping will still range from 1-4 business days once items have been shipped.  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Can take 5-14 business days to receive depending on which shipping is selected at checkout. Remember SheSleekLabel doesn’t cover any tariffs or custom fees.  

LOST, DAMAGE, STOLEN ORDERS: Once orders are dropped off and/or taken to the shipping facility, Sleek Label isn’t responsible for any loss, damaged, or stolen orders. If the tracking information states your order been delivered and you haven’t received the items, you must contact the United States Postal Service or UPS to file a claim for your order.  

I highly recommend adding Route protection to all orders. If you add Route protection to your order(s) the package is covered for loss, damage, or theft for the subtotal amount. Your claim must be submitted through Route.  

SheSleekLabel isn’t responsible for any delays with late shipments due to, holidays, natural disasters, or any courier delays.  

 Any orders that get sent back to SheSleekLabel, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees, or you have the option to get store credit, to get item sent to the correct address. The customer will still be responsible for extra shipping fees.  

 EXCHANGES:  

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any order.

If your order arrives incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
